Jade is a 15 year old student from a private school who's having a hard time. She's skipping and failing one of her classes and her school counselor has referred her to therapy.
This educational film demonstrates different examples of psychological defense mechanisms. Of course, you're gonna have to figure those out yourself.
From what I can tell the therapist is using Rogerian techniques.
